Well the Supreme Court has to give the white house arrest warrants
and congress has to okay the military action.
Maritime crimes are Supreme Court jurisdiction and military action that spends
tax money for defense is expectant for a congressional vote.
If none of this happens and the white house acted against the constitution
they or the president and his men who helped committed a dereliction of duty.
